Ruthven is a peaceful hamlet situated on the banks of the River Isla on the border between Perthsire and Angus. It makes an ideal touring location, situated just off the A926 between Blairgowrie and Kirriemuir, the cities of Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen and Edinburgh are all within easy driving distance.
