Designed to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for visitors at any time of the year the property itself has recently been modernised and completely refurbished to a high standard. Accommodation for up to six people is on two floors. 2 twin bedrooms with coombed ceilings are located on the upper floor, whilst downstairs accommodation comprises of a comfortable sitting room with open fire and double bed-settee, double bedroom, bathroom with over-bath shower and a fully fitted kitchen. Facilities include fridge, freezer, microwave, automatic washer, dishwasher, colour T.V., video, payphone, and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is double-glazed and centrally heated by Calor Gas, cooking is by electricity, rents are inclusive of gas and electricity.

Children are especially welcome, a cot and high chair are available; all linen is provided. There is an enclosed garden and paved area to the rear of the cottage, garden furniture is provided, making it an ideal spot for a barbecue. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. Pets must be supervised at all times.
